PLUT Properties is a Real Estate Agency and has been operating in Rwanda since June 2006, bearing witness to the current Real Estate revolution in the country. It is one of the few and first Professional Real Estate Agencies in Rwanda.
Coming in from Uganda as PROPERTY MARKETS LTD, the managing director decided to open up PLUT PROPERTIES LTD after the initial company decided to end their interest in real estate business in Rwanda.
As one of the pioneers here, the current managing director, Peter Lutwama, seeing the need for professionalism in the real estate business, decided to stay on and create PLUT PROPERTIES LTD. Since then, we have grown into one of the leading real estate companies in Rwanda.
